When will I receive my credentials and wire instructions?

You will receive your credentials and wire instructions immediately after your account has been approved.

When do I pay my account opening fee?

Please pay your account opening fee when starting an application. All application fees are non-refundable.

What is the relationship management model?

How can I verify my identity online?

You will be asked to provide supporting documentation and to go through a liveness test โ€“ using a secure link that will be emailed to you during the application process.

How can I change my name as a corporate client?

If your company is entered in the commercial register, the bank can change the name based on the commercial register publication. To change it, please update the corporate registers in your jurisdiction. Please inform your client advisor or email support@eqibank.com after publication so that the adjustments can be carried out.

How can I change my address?

If your company is entered in the commercial register, the bank can only change the name based on the commercial register publication. Please inform your client advisor or email support@eqibank.com after publication so that the adjustments can be carried out.
